Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Quick Mix

1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3/4 cup Milk

1/4 cup Maple flavored syrup

1 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Eggs

12 slices Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Grease and flour microwave-safe pie plate. Beat together baking mix,

1/2 cup cheese, milk, syrup, sugar and eggs with a wire whisk until only

small lumps remain; pour into pie plate. Microwave uncovered on High

for 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes, making sure to rotate the pie plate a quarter

turn every 2 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bacon.

Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted.
