Whole Wheat Waffle Mix in a Jar

Ingredients:

1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour

3/4 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Baking powder

2 tbs. Sugar

Combine all ingredients in Jar (in Layers) Or vacuum seal bag.

Attach Tag:

1 c Milk

4 tbs. Melted shortening

2 Eggs

Combine the above, mix well, Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Cook on lightly greased hot waffle iron.
